The long ageing periods, ranging from a minimum of two and a half years to more than 20 years, make these wineries an unquestionable benchmark, synonymous with professionalism, rigour and excellence.
Absolutely all ageing at Recaredo is carried out with natural cork stoppers, technically ideal for preserving the original meaning of a very long-aged sparkling wine.

A great wine is a reflection of the land where it was born. At Recaredo they are pioneers in dry farming following biodynamic criteria and cultivating the vineyards without herbicides or insecticides, only with elements of natural origin. 

Biodynamic agriculture is a cultivation system that prioritises the balance of the ecosystem and biodiversity in the vineyard.

Private visit Serral del Vell. Rooted in the landscape

A journey through the vocation of a family of winegrowers committed to the excellence of long ageing and the most genuine expression of the Penedès landscape.

This visit begins with a walk through the Serral del Vell estate to learn about the principles of biodynamic viticulture and get to know the Corpinnat . There will be a tasting in the ‘Recaredo Serral del Vell’ vineyard, accompanied by a light breakfast or snack.

Afterwards, there will be a visit to the cellar and winery to discover Recaredo’s commitment to artisanal winemaking with a tasting of the emblematic ‘Recaredo Reserva Particular’, disgorged by hand ‘in situ’ in the cellar, and a tasting of two long-aged Corpinnats Brut Nature, accompanied by a tasting of two of the Celler’s white wines.
