You can book your experience at the time of your choice. We check the availability of all the services and experiences of the programme you wish to book and we will notify you within 24 hours.
You only have to check that the day you want to book your place for the chosen Busxperience programme is active in the calendar that you will find in the section “Enjoy Tour” –Choose Date-.
When we receive your request, we will process all the details of the experience according to the chosen programme and within 24 hours we will inform you of the conformity of the booking.
Each one of the experiences described in the Busxperience programme indicates the bus stop points and the time of the bus to start the programme.
In all the descriptive sections of each experience, it indicates the base price for adults and the reduction for children and babies.
It could be that the reservation is pending confirmation of some of the services included in the programme. You should receive the confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation or if you have made a mistake in entering your e-mail address, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your mobile phone allows you to manage your own email or to manage payments, you can display the confirmation of your booking on your mobile phone or, if applicable, the copy of the payment made.
Our DAILY TOURS always leave on time from each stop and it is not possible to change the starting time. For private tours, please contact us at email@example.com at the time of booking in case you need help to determine the schedule of the tour programme.
TOURS & EXPERIENCES is not responsible for any object that may be left inside the vehicles. Any article that we may find will be taken to our central offices in Sant Boi de Llobregat-08830 (near to the airport), in Saragossa street, 14C – 2ª. Planta. Guided tours and experiences
The DAILY TOURS programme already includes all the services specified in the characteristics of each programme.
It is a luxury coach with an exclusive interior design for customers who book this programme through the web platform www.busxperience.cat or through their hotel accommodation in Barcelona or Sitges.
Due to the fact that many of the programmes on offer involve walking tours through underground cellars or vineyards that are difficult to access for people with reduced mobility, the vehicles and coaches provided for these services are not wheelchair-friendly.
In the Busxperience programme, visits and explanations are available in English, Catalan and Spanish.
In the Vipxperience programme, the explanations are also available in English, Catalan and Spanish, but as they are private and personalised tours, if you need the explanation of the programme and the visit in another language, you can ask for it and we will provide you with the additional cost that it may entail.
Some tours are not recommended for people with reduced mobility, as they include a visit to the vineyards and the terrain is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Busxperience programmes are suitable for children, and the visit to Codorniu wineries includes a tasting of non-alcoholic products.
The Vipxperience wine tourism programmes are more oriented to adults due to the treatment and characteristics of the visits in each of the chosen wineries. Likewise, all of them allow the purchase of the products produced and their sale is only allowed to adults. On the other hand, the tourist programmes are fully adapted for visits with children.
For the different tours and programmes offered, sunglasses, comfortable shoes and clothes and a camera are the most important items to bring.
From June to September, light clothing for warm weather and, if considered, sun protection for outdoor activities. In the winter season, November to March can be cold. The remaining months of the year have mild weather.
A private tour is a tour just for you and the people you include in your booking, with direct and personalised attention throughout the programme.
You can pay by debit or credit card through the payment gateway at the time of booking.
If you indicate this on the booking form, we can provide you with a bank account number for you to transfer the amount of your booking.
All bookings are mainly payable in Euros. You can pay in your own currency, but you may be charged a small conversion fee.
All payments are secured. The payment system requires several authentication steps in order to complete the transaction.

All bookings can be modified or changed, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the date chosen by the agency, please contact them directly. You can see this information in the characteristics section of each programme.
In order to be able to manage each booking in detail, it is necessary to indicate the planned date. In the case of Busxperience it must coincide with the dates of the departure programme of the DAILY TOURS.
Yes, you can make a reservation for as many people as you wish. You must reflect in each booking the details established in the booking form in order to be able to contact each interested person if necessary. In the case of Busxperience, it is also necessary to determine the seat number for each passenger.
The information section of each tour provides all the details, information and characteristics of each trip. Your reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Please check carefully the cancellation conditions applicable to each experience at the time you receive your agreement.
All experiences can be operated regardless of the weather at the time. It is likely that some parts of the tour programme, especially vineyards, may be affected. If due to extreme conditions the activity has to be cancelled or modified, an alternative date will be arranged.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, there would be a right to reimbursement and it would be refunded in the same way in which the booking payment was made.
Refunds can take an average of 4 to 7 working days to become effective.
Some credit cards have different terms and we suggest that you check with your bank for more information.
